Sesame Asparagus - BM Style


Long time due post.
Thanks Mashal our old friend for sending this old pic.

Asparagus is my all time favorite food. Ready to eat and cook anytime any day.
It can be cooked in many different ways. Here is one of my version for quick evening snack


Minimum Ingredients required
* Onion, Garlic, Pepper, Tomatoes
* Asparagus
* Soya sauce, Olive oil, sesame seeds

BM Style Preparation
  • Heat the Olive oil 
  • Stir fry onion, Garlic, Pepper, Tomatoes
  • Seasoned with Soya sauce and Sesame seeds
  • Mix Fresh Asparagus  
  • Cook on high heat till Asparagus is tender and crispy
