No problem ! Here is healthy solution to fill your hunger and thirst 


Ingredients used
* Milk and Granula - Any kind
* Fruits - Apple, Banana, Pear, Mango pulp
* Dry fruit - Walnut, Rasins, Almonds
* Topping - Honey, Sugar
Can also add
* Flavored syrup if want to add more taste
