Sesame Asparagus - BM Style


Long time due post.
Thanks Mashal our old friend for sending this old pic.

Asparagus is my all time favorite food. Ready to eat and cook anytime any day.
It can be cooked in many different ways. Here is one of my version for quick evening snack


Minimum Ingredients required
* Onion, Garlic, Pepper, Tomatoes
* Asparagus
* Soya sauce, Olive oil, sesame seeds

BM Style Preparation
  • Heat the Olive oil 
  • Stir fry onion, Garlic, Pepper, Tomatoes
  • Seasoned with Soya sauce and Sesame seeds
  • Mix Fresh Asparagus  
  • Cook on high heat till Asparagus is tender and crispy

Blue Berry Cheese Chilies - BM Style



Beautiful Saturday Sunny Morning, Facebook loaded with pictures of People planning and playing festival of Colors Holi.
Motivates me to stuff all these colors, sweetness, spiciness together to create Blue Berry Cheese Chilies.

Minimum Ingredients required
* Sweet chilies - Different colors
* Monterey cheese
* Blue Berries
* Healthy chips from Trader Joes
* Haldiram Khata Mitha Mixture

BM Style Preparation

* Slice small opening in Sweet chilies
* Fill the chilies with Bhel Maharaj stuffing
* Stuffing is made of Monterey cheese, Blue Berries, Salt, Sugar, Chat masala, Pepper powder, Fennel Powder, Mint powder and Red chili powder, Mix them well with the cheese and Haldiram khata mita mixture
* Microwave it for 30 sec to 40 sec till you see cheese melting
* Dressing with ketchup and Blue berry pieces
* Serve with healthy Tortilla chips from Trader Joes (Made of Corn ,Quinoa and Black Beans)

Preparation time is 10 mins

Oats Fruit Breakfast Bhel - BM Style


Who says Bhel is only spicy and chat pata and evening snack :)
Bhel is mixture of things which you like to eat and when you like to eat !!!
This is what I call as BM Style cooking. Eat what you want, when you want and how you want !!!

Minimum Ingredients required
* Boiled steal cut Oats and warm milk
* Fruits - Banana, Apple, Grapes, Peach, Nectarine, Oranges
* Toppings - Honey and Cinnamon powder

BM Style Preparation
  • Boil steal cut oats 
  • Add little warm milk to smooth the texture 
  • Cut the fresh fruits, usually framer market is best source of fruits over weekend
  • Arrange fruits on top of boiled oats
  • Seasoned with honey, cinnamon powder  
  • Sever with hot herbal tea
Preparation time is 10 mins

Midnight Drink or Early morning Breakfast confused what to have ?
No problem ! Here is healthy solution to fill your hunger and thirst 


Ingredients used
* Milk and Granula - Any kind
* Fruits - Apple, Banana, Pear, Mango pulp
* Dry fruit - Walnut, Rasins, Almonds
* Topping - Honey, Sugar
Can also add
* Flavored syrup if want to add more taste

Biscuit Sev Puri - BM Style


Evening time and hungry. Feel like eating spicy, tasty and quick.
Just listen to your heart and start making the Sev Puri.
Again you do not need everything to make as per the recipe book,
that's the best part of cooking in BhelMaharaj style listen to your heart and start making things.

Minimum Ingredients required
* Onion, Tomato, Cucumber
* Biscuit
* Any Chutneys, Sauces you have
* Chat Masala
* Avacado

Good to have
* Tamarind, Coriander or Garlic chutney
* Sev Puri, Thin Sev
* Coriander leaves

BM Style Preparation
  • Arrange the biscuits on the plate (Any kind of biscuits as per your taste will work) 
  • Base up with paste of Avacado
  • Garnish with small cut pieces of Tomato, Onion and Cucumber
  • Seasoned with Green chutney, Chill sauce as per taste 
  • Top up with Sev and Chat Masala
