Pineapple DryFruit Biryani - BM Style






Re-engineered Food Ingredients
* Veg Biryani
Fresh New Ingredients
* Fresh Pineapple Pieces
* Nuts - Cashew, Almonds, Dried Grapes

BM Style Preparation
  • Heat Oil with Garlic and Green Chillies as per taste in frying pan
  • Add Cloves, Fennel powder, Dry Bay-leaves
  • Add Red Chili, Turmeric, Coriander powder
  • Add Dry Fruits - Cashew, Almonds, Dried grapes
  • Add Fresh cut Pineapple Pieces
  • Simultaneously steam Veg Biryani for 5 mins
  • Mix hot steamed Veg Biryani to the Frying pan 
  • Add Spice and Salt as per taste buds
  • Add Coriander Leaves and Lemon for decor and mild taste
Cooking time : 15 mins - 20 mins
