Bread PavBhaji Pizza - BM Style



Hungry in middle of night while playing games with your friends over weekend. Feeling like eating Tasty and Cheesy food
Not sure, to eat Indian Spicy food or American Cheesy food. Mind Says Lets eat Pizza while Heart says Lets have PavBhaji
Simple solution Eat Bread PavBhaji Pizza !!! on the spot. Tried and Tested many times with My Catan Group :) by the time everyone settles down with their initial Build. Pizza is ready.

Minimum Ingredients required
* Bread - Any kind
* Pav Bhaji Masala
* Veges - Garlic, Onion, Tomato, Bell Pepper (Multi-Color)
* Shredded cheese - Any flavor

Good to have
* Any available your favorite seasoning/masala like - Chat Masala, Italian Herbs Seasoning
* Jalapenos, Musroom
* Coriander leaves

BM Style Preparation
  • Toast Bread in Toaster
  • Simultaneously prepare Pav Bhaji Paste
  • Heat oil, add Garlic, Onions, Tomatoes
  • Add Pav Bhaji masala as per taste
  • Crush them and make it thick paste
  • Put the paste on the Toasted bread
  • Add Finely cut Veges - Onion, Tomato, Bell Pepper, Jalapenos, Mushroom
  • Sprinkle Cheese
  • Finally Sprinkle Chat Masala or Italian Herbs Seasoning or any of your fav. seasoning masala
  • Heat the Bread Pizza in Oven or Microwave or On Gas with covered Lid
Fresh Home Made Bread Pav Bhaji Pizza is ready !!!

Preparation time is 15 mins

Bread Bhel - BM Style by Tanvi Shah



On Spot Ingredients available:
* Bread / Bread Toast
* Vegges - Onion / Tomato / Bell Pepper

Quick 5 min tasty and healthy snack recipe that goes perfect as 4pm snack with tea or appetizer for your guest

BM Style Preparation

Step 1: Heat up 2-3 spoons of oil in pan (Preffered-Olive Oil).
Step 2: Add half spoon each of Cumin seeds, Pumpkin seeds, Flax seeds & Jeera.
(Add various seeds as per availability)
Step 3: Immediately add chopped veggies:
- 1/2 Onions
- 1 tomatoes
- 1/2 Green bell pepper
- 3-4 pieces of celery
- 1-2 spoons of hot chili sauce
- Pinch of salt
Step 4: Add chunks of Bread / Bread toast.
Step 5: Stir well and let it cook for 1 min.

Serve with Cilantro and some lime drops on top!
Variation: You may add Schezwan sauce to go well with Indo Chinese cuisine.

BM Style Preparation
  • Slice the Bread to make space for the fillings
  • Apply Butter, Available Dips and Sauces
  • Garnish with Red chili Flakes
  • Place Cheese Ravioli between the sliced bread
  • Dressing with Basil Leaves, Sliced Tomatoes, Cheese and Salt as per taste

Re-engineered Food Ingredients
* Veg Biryani
Fresh New Ingredients
* Fresh Pineapple Pieces
* Nuts - Cashew, Almonds, Dried Grapes

BM Style Preparation
  • Heat Oil with Garlic and Green Chillies as per taste in frying pan
  • Add Cloves, Fennel powder, Dry Bay-leaves
  • Add Red Chili, Turmeric, Coriander powder
  • Add Dry Fruits - Cashew, Almonds, Dried grapes
  • Add Fresh cut Pineapple Pieces
  • Simultaneously steam Veg Biryani for 5 mins
  • Mix hot steamed Veg Biryani to the Frying pan 
  • Add Spice and Salt as per taste buds
  • Add Coriander Leaves and Lemon for decor and mild taste
